Universal Boschi in collaboration with an internationally acclaimed company - ING. L. & A. BOSCHI of Italy designs manufactures supplies and installs cryogenic air separation plants producing highly pure nitrogen, oxygen and acetylene. Our cryogenic oxygen plants incorporate latest cryogenic technology that works on low pressure and is approved all over the world for its reliability, efficiency, operation and ease of use.

Our company is engaged in producing the plants inspired from the process cycle of Linde & Claude, which was introduced by Dr. Boschi of Italy with his company ING. L & A BOSCHI, of ITALY. In order to upgrade our existing products, we also have our in-house R&D unit, which is responsible for studying the current market and offering the appropriate solution. Apart from latest cryogenic technology, their designs and drawing also make them best in the industry.

The capacity of our cryogenic oxygen plant ranges from 20 m/hour to 20,000 m/hour. Operating at a working pressure of 6 to 8 bar; the plants hold the Societe Generale de Surveillance (SGS) quality approval, ISO 9001:2000 and the CE certification. In addition, we also have hired a pool of talented professionals who use latest technology to accomplish the innovative and challenging tasks.

Our cryogenic oxygen plant use technologically advanced and reliable turbine expander and rotary air compressor from Atlas Copco, Belgium. The new technology helps the plants to function on low pressure cycle leading to very high productivity and low power consumption.
